City Offices Up for Election

All cities in Idaho will be having elections for city public offices this year.  City elections in Idaho are held in the odd numbered years.  The election will be held on November 5, 2019.

There is one candidate, Tom Mattingly, running for Mayor.  

There are six candidates running for City Council.  They are:  Jerry Funke, Teresa Hansen, John Kaelberer, John Scafe, Sheryl Hill and Suzanne Brady.  Voters will pick two of the six and the two candidates with the most votes will win the election.  

You must live within the city boundary to vote for the Mayor and City Council.  Voting locations will be the City Building for those voters living on the North side of Main Street and the Senior Citizen Center for those living on the South side of Main Street.  If you have any questions please call the City Building at 208-652-3987.
